Staffing and Security  information:

Harbor Site Logo    Support staffing and security is another major factor in the overall outcome of a successfully functioning camp. We have the resources to provide adequate personnel for such a facility. In our experiences with restoration facilities, staff plays a key role for both the contractor as well as the client to insure all the specifications of the contract are met. To accomplish this, the contractor must provide experienced, trained employees with a positive attitude. Not only is the experience and training important, but also, employee’s attitudes play a key role in providing a successful operation. Morale at these camps is a top priority due to the stress created from emergency situations.

First Response has teamed with multiple staffing services for on the ground staffing needs. They can provide laborers from all backgrounds and skilled trades i.e. carpenters, electricians, plumbers, concrete finishers, chefs, cooks, utility workers, etc. We have also teamed with Harbor Site International, who have a national network of retired military staff. We utilize these staff members as the management for the housing facilities and emergency response camps. They are trained in leadership as well as staying composed during trying times.
