First Response was created in 2004 to
provide total turnkey disaster relief resources to the power industry.
The First Response team has the resources, staff, and experience to
provide total turnkey base camp equipment, services, and management
operations for short and long-term obligations. These services and
equipment are provided as a full service package or independently of
